WHAT WAS THE ASK?
Increase multi-location brand's presence across organic social media platforms and generate product leads with an engaging and useful content strategy with multiple touchpoints. Design digital and print creative, promote new store openings and produce large scale vinyls as needed.
RESULTS
- Manage overall content curation, copywriting, and daily uploads across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube increasing brand's monthly short form video viewership to high of 250K in initial month of management.
- Formulate concept of evergreen blog titled, "The Glow Getter's Guide," highlighting products and services, increasing SEO and site traffic by 65% in introductory month.
- Redesign YouTube thumbnails, overall channel look, and introduce regular long-form and Shorts content.
- On a monthly basis, produce 4 email campaigns and 5 SMS campaigns to increase product sales, brand awareness and audience retention. (see detail below)
- Plan and execute organic product launch campaign for a limited edition release - pre-launch organic social media teasers, influencer seeding, social media giveaway / post-launch email campaign, SMS campaign resulting in 125% increase in average order value in first week of launch.
